Lender Teaser

The lender teaser is the summary of your company and financing opportunity that Tangible shares with prospective lenders. This page shows you exactly what a lender will see — the opportunity summary, company profile, sector, key metrics, credit highlights, proposed structure, and more.

Start at: Prepare → Project → Lender Teaser. If the teaser hasn't been generated yet, this page shows a notice instead — your lender teaser will appear here once enough data has been uploaded.

What you can edit

Most of the teaser is maintained by your Tangible team, but a few sections are yours to keep current. Hover over one of these cards and click the pencil icon to edit it:

• Company Profile — the company description, profile tags, stage, and location.
• Sector — your market vertical, competitors, and key differentiator.
• Leadership Team — add or remove team members and update their names, titles, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Key Metrics — the values only. The set of metrics, their names, and their grouping are managed by your Tangible team; leave a value blank to show it as "Pending".

Changes save immediately and are reflected in what lenders see, so keep the content lender-ready.

Everything else

The remaining sections — terms, credit highlights, proposed structure, and the rest — are edited by your Tangible team. If something there needs changing, use the comments panel at the bottom of the page to start a conversation with your Tangible team.

Your Tangible team can also start a conversation here — for example to ask you to confirm a figure before the teaser goes out. You'll get a notification that links straight to the thread. These comments are only between you and Tangible; lenders never see them.
